26 year old Amber Collins wins the Miss New York USA 2011 beauty pageant held on November 28, 2010 at Crowne Plaza Albany Hotel, 40 Lodge Street, Albany, NY 12207. She was crowned by Davina Reeves, Miss New York USA 2010 winner.
beauty queen from Wakefield, Amber Collins was Top 15, Miss Texas Teen USA 2003. She will represent New York at Miss USA 2011 pageant next year at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
Former Miss NY Teen USA 2004 and Miss Teen USA finalist Catherine Muldoon
also competed the pageant and placed 4th Runner-up, she is 2nd left on the photo above.
