Heather Swann was crowned as the new Miss District of Columbia USA 2011 in a beauty pageant held on November 28, 2010 at the JW Marriott Hotel, 1331 Pennsylvania Ave. in New York. She was crowned by MacKenzie Green, Miss District of Columbia USA 2010 winner.
Heather Swann is 22 year old from Washington. She will represent District of Columbia in Miss USA 2011 beauty pageant to be held in May 2011 at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
